All donations made to Autism Wings Inc. are considered voluntary contributions towards our charitable cause and are non-refundable. Once a donation is made, it is used for our nonprofit programs, services, and initiatives to support children with autism.

However, we understand there may be exceptional circumstances requiring a refund request, which will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

2. Eligibility for Refund Consideration

A refund request may be considered under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate Transactions: If a donor accidentally makes multiple donations in error.
• Incorrect Donation Amount: If an unintended amount was donated due to a technical issue.
• Fraudulent Transactions: If a donation was made without the donor’s consent.
• Technical Errors: If a technical error resulted in a mischarge during the donation process.

Refunds will only be considered if requested within 7 days from the date of the donation.
